Please review these terms before using Foxys and its services.

Users who utilize Foxys agree to abide by the following rules:

1. Use Foxys only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Discord's rules.
2. Do not use Foxys to create spam, send unsolicited messages, or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Do not use Foxys to infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties, including copyrights and trademarks.
4. Do not use Foxys to spread offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
5. Do not use Foxys to violate the privacy of other users or to collect personal information.
6. Contact Foxys' support team if you experience issues or have questions about the bot's operation.
7. Agree that the use of Foxys is at your own risk and that Foxys' support team is not responsible for any damages caused by the use of the bot.
8. Agree that Foxys' support team reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Foxys at any time for violation of these terms of service or Discord's rules.

By accepting these terms of service, users confirm that they have read and understood the above rules and agree to abide by them.

Premium subscriptions and payments

Premium subscriptions are associated with a Discord server and are purchased through Lemon Squeezy. Payment processing, billing, and related payment services are provided by Lemon Squeezy and are subject to its terms and policies. Foxys does not control Lemon Squeezy's payment systems and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for payment failures, processing delays, or service interruptions caused by Lemon Squeezy or other third-party payment providers. Please contact Lemon Squeezy about payment or billing issues. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Premium features and availability

We may change, update, suspend, or remove Premium features at our discretion. Where reasonably practicable, we will give advance notice of material changes, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will remain available. Nothing in these terms limits rights that apply under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Premium access and server rules

We may suspend or remove Premium access from a Discord server if we reasonably determine that the server or its users have seriously or repeatedly violated these terms, the bot's rules, or Discord's policies. Where necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with applicable rules or law, we may take this action without prior notice. Any billing or refund entitlement remains subject to Lemon Squeezy's policies and applicable law.
